Senior Software Engineer

Location:  Remote

Job Description: As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems. You will lead technical projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in defining technical requirements, architecting scalable systems, and implementing best practices in software development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of software solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and prioritize features and requirements.

  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and fostering a collaborative team environment.

  • Perform code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and integrate relevant advancements into our processes.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in JavaScript, Python, C++, SQL, and AWS.

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance systems.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.

Marketing Analyst

Location:  Remote

Job Description: As a Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, customer data, and campaign performance to help shape our marketing strategies. You will use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts, identify opportunities for growth, and support decision-making processes. Your expertise will be key in measuring the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and providing recommendations for improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data from various sources, including market research, customer surveys, and marketing campaigns.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of marketing initiatives.

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop data-driven strategies and optimize campaign performance.

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies and achieve business goals.

  • Monitor and analyze customer behavior and preferences to inform targeted marketing efforts.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing analyst role or similar position.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is a plus.

Senior Field Technician

Location:  Hybrid (Based in Atlanta, GA)

Job Description: As a Senior Field Technician, you will be responsible for performing hands-on testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and firmware systems. This role involves traveling to multiple sites to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our systems. You will be the technical expert on-site, providing support and solutions for complex issues, and ensuring that all equipment meets company standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive testing and maintenance of hardware and firmware systems at various locations.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and firmware, providing on-site support and solutions.

  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to diagnose and address complex system problems.

  • Perform installations, upgrades, and repairs of equipment and systems in accordance with company procedures and standards.

  • Document and report on field activities, including detailed service reports, equipment status, and any issues encountered.

  • Manage and maintain inventory of parts and tools required for fieldwork.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while on-site.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a field technician role, with a strong background in hardware and firmware systems.

  • Proven experience with system testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while traveling to different sites.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise in diagnosing and repairing complex issues.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and team members effectively.

  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed for on-site support.
