EV drivers in Seattle struggled to find the right charging adapter when they needed it. Borrowing or renting adapters required coordinating schedules that rarely aligned. EVALV launched the first Relai powered adapter rental network. Drivers rent and return adapters through Exchange Zones located near popular charging areas. The approach produced clear improvements: • Twenty four seven pick-up and return • No in person coordination • App based tracking Secondary solution: EVALV added emergency swap access for drivers stranded at charging stations.

EVALV created a smoother and more dependable charging experience. Results included: • Higher charging success rates • Fewer lost or unreturned adapters • Better after hours support • Expanded network coverage across multiple Seattle neighborhoods
